Returns Eligibility

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in its original condition.

• Returned in the original packaging, including tags and labels.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked as final sale.

• Undergarments, swimwear, or other intimate apparel.

• Gift cards.

 

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return: Contact us at curvaceousrave@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Prepare Your Item: Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at curvaceousrave@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.

• Photos of the damaged or defective item.

 

We will work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
